Pacific Brand Organic Soup Starters Tortilla Soup Base

As part of my Moms Meet group, I was able to receive samples of Pacific brand Organic Tortilla soup starters. The products came in a very nice package and I received both the Tortilla soup base, Refried beans and a $25 Visa GC to help me buy the fillers for the soup. The first thing I noticed when I received the package is that everything looked like quality products and very high end. I made a Tortilla soup for my group and served it during one of our play date meetings. The soup turned out delicious and the soup base really made it more flavorful than other stocks that I have used in the past. I really like that Pacific products are all natural and every product is certified USDA Organic. This product is also vegan, gluten free, and fat free! Pacific products are also made in the USA and they track every ingredient to ensure food safety and traceability which I think is really awesome. The package is also recyclable which is always a plus.

Starkist Tuna Creations Sampling #Crowdtap #TeamTuna

I really enjoyed this sample and share that I received from +Crowdtap and +StarKistCo . I hadn't tried this flavor of the starkist tuna creations. I made myself a salad with spinach, onions, tomato, cheese, olives and honey catalina dressing. I added the tuna packet and was surprised at how much tuna was in there. I had a pretty large salad when I tried it out and the tuna was still noticeable even with all the other ingredients. I thought it tasted great and I was very happy to see on the package that there were only 80 calories per package! I'll definitely be buying these in the future. These are great for everyone in the family and makes it easy to add tuna to your meals without the mess of draining from cans.

Truvia Natural Sweetner Sampling #Crowdtap #SweetSwitch

I received samples of Truvia Natural Sweetner to sample and share from +Crowdtap. I have Truvia in the house already but haven't really shared any information about it with my family and friends so I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to do so. I received 4 single use packets and 2 coupons. I gave the samples out to 4 different family members and friends and distributed the coupons to 2 others as well. I asked that 1 of the sample recipients (my neighbor) to try Truvia out right from the package and let me know what she thought of it. She tried it and said that not only did it taste very similar to sugar, but she thought it might actually taste a little better than traditional sugar. One of the things that +Crowdtap and +Truvia Sweetener wanted me to do was a #SweetSwitch where I switched normal sugar with Truvia and see what the recipients response would be. I decided to do the #SweetSwitch on my oldest son since kids will always tell you what they think honestly lol. Since it's been cold the past few weeks, I have been making my son hot tea in the mornings on the weekends. I decided to do the switch with the tea this morning. I made it like normal, but instead of using sugar, I used Truvia. I waited until my son was finished drinking the tea and asked him how it was. He said it was really tasty and wanted more. I make him another cup and grabbed the Truvia to sweeten it with. He told me he didn't want that, he wanted the sugar that I usually used to sweeten his tea. I told him that I had just used the Truvia in his tea and he couldn't even tell the difference. He looked kind of shocked and said he didn't even know I had used something different and the tea was just as good so he guessed it was OK for me to use the Truvia in his teas from now on. The thing that I really like about Truvia Natural Sweetner opposed to artificial sweetners is that it is a natural form of sweetness without any kind of chemicals added. It's like a "sugar" itself. We don't use artificial sweetners in this house, just real sugar and Truvia Natural Sweetner.

Cottonelle Clean Crew Sample and Share from Crowdtap #LetsTalkBums

I received the Cottonelle Clean Crew Sample and Share from Crowdtap. I was really excited to get to try out the new Cottonelle Fresh Care flushable cleansing cloths. Me and my family regularly use these but we had stocked up on the older kind and haven't got around to using the newer version yet. I really like that Cottonelle has changed the dispenser and makes it easier to remove the cleansing cloths and easier to open and close than before as well. I really enjoy the "Clean Care Routine". If you don't know what that is, it's where you use both Cottonelle toilet paper and the Cottonelle Fresh Care cleansing cloths together. Basically just think, if you wouldn't wash/clean your car without water then why would you clean your bum with just dry paper. I like the concept of this and am glad that there is something like this out there for adults. Overall, I am really pleased with Cottonelle products. It's one of 3 types of toilet paper that my family uses and it's the only cleansing cloths that we use. I am very thankful to +Cottonelle and +Crowdtap for giving me and my family the opportunity to try this product.

I was a L'Oreal Paris "Your Signature Beauty Giveaway" Winner

So I received a package today that I wasn't expecting. Turns out I was one of the winners in the "Your Signature Beauty Giveaway" from L'Oreal. I received 8 full sized products that were customized for my needs and a make up bag YAY! :) I didn't know that I had won and it was a great surprise when I opened the box and saw all the wonderful products.

Right off the bat, I can tell you that I love the Revitalift Miracle Blur and currently use it. It makes my skin look more even and smooths out the texture of my facial skin as well. I also really like that it has an spf in it b/c I have very fair skin that often burns even if I'm out in the sun for just a little while. The eye shadow quad that I received I actually already use as well and love how all the colors complement my skin tone and eye color and always look so good when I use them. I also have several different colors of the lip gloss that I currently use but haven't tried this color. I couldn't wait to try this color ("Because I'm Worth It"). I put it on and It's a really good match for my skin tone as well. When I have it on, I can tell that I have a color on and the shine is really nice, but it doesn't look like I poured tons of lipstick on, it looks very natural and I feel that it enhances my lip color instead of covering them up and making them into a new color all together. I also really like how it smells. It has a really nice, light fragrance to it and I am constantly smelling my lips when I wear it lol. I am very pleased with everything that I received and I think that L'Oreal did an awesome job picking out products that would benefit me, especially since I already use some of them. I can't wait to try the other products out and let everyone know what I think! Thank you so much L'Oreal!! :)

Tru Moo Bzzkit

I received the coupon for the free TruMoo and decided that I would get the limited edition orange colored vanilla milk. My kids wanted to try it as soon as I got home so I gave it to both my 1 and 5 year old. My oldest son LOVED the flavor of the milk and he had 3 glasses in a row and drank pretty much the entire half gallon LOL. I really like that this is a healthy alternative to other drinks like sodas or juices. I received 2 recipe cards in my bzzkit one for a chocolate milk Halloween themed drink and the other for the vanilla milk. I made the one for the vanilla milk and the kids and my husband really enjoyed them. They were really cute and very appropriate for Halloween. I know my kids will be bummed when the vanilla milk isn't orange any longer b/c they really enjoyed that aspect of it, but they have already asked me to purchase more so I know it's something that will be on hand at our house from here on out!

Step 2 Easy Turn Coupe (Green)

When I entered the Step 2 Saving Tiny Hearts Society Gala Countdown giveaway, I didn't really think I would win. Well, turns out...I did! Yay! I won the Step 2 Easy Turn Coupe in my choice of color, pink or green. I chose the green. What perfect timing, my youngest son was turning 1 and I knew this would be the perfect present for him. When I received the Coupe I was very excited and wanted to open it and assemble it immediately, so I told my husband to get to it lol. He was able to get it assembled rather quickly, but he did have an electric drill. If he didn't have this, I think it may have taken a little while longer, but overall it was fairly quick and easy to assemble. Once it was all put together, my oldest son decided he wanted to put all the sticker decals on for his little brother. He did a good job with it and for the most part the decals went on straight and were easy to smooth out and remove the air bubbles. The first thing that I noticed is the more modern style that this coupe has compared to the other ones on the market. It also comes in 2 colors, pink and green which is a nice change from the red ones that have been available forever now. The Easy Turn Coupe has many features that others don't have. It has a removable floor board which I think is just great b/c my youngest son who the Coupe was for is too young to push himself along. We put the floor in right now and he sits and rides in it all day. Another good feature is that the top is see through instead of a solid piece of plastic. Since this is geared more towards pushing similar to a stroller, it's really nice to be able to look down and see what the little one is doing. There is a handle on the back of the Coupe that makes it easy to push like you would a stroller. So far, we have really enjoyed strolling around the neighborhood in the Coupe and both my oldest and youngest son like to ride around in it outside. We mainly keep it in the house and even though it's not small by any means, it has a really slim design so it doesn't take up very much space. Perhaps the best feature of the Easy Turn Coupe is the small wheel in the front that actually allows it to turn and maneuver with ease. I remember my oldest son had a competitors brand coupe car and it didn't turn well at all and was very hard to push b/c it would just go any which way so you really didn't have any control. Well, this one is a polar opposite. The front wheel allows the Coupe to turn with ease and it also very easy to control and maneuver. In fact one of my boys' favorite things to do with it is 360's in the living room, it will pretty much turn on a dime. There are also several cup holders, both front and back that make it convenient for both the child and the person that is pushing them to easily access their drinks. Some other features that really don't effect the performance but are still fun are the turning steering wheel with a horn. This is my sons favorite feature of the car, he likes to just sit in it and beep the horn even if nobody is pushing him. There is a gas cap that opens and closes, a key that turns and makes a clicking noise and a storage "trunk" in the front of the Coupe that objects can be stored in. Also, the drivers side door opens and closes which makes it really easy to enter and exit. Overall, I am really pleased with the Step 2 Easy Turn Coupe. It has provided hours of fun for both my boys so far and has held up perfectly with no damages. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in getting their child a coupe. The turning wheel really makes this coupe better than the others that are available and I think the newer style and colors of this coupe puts it ahead of others as well.

Slim-Fast Strawberries ’N’ Cream Shake Review

I received the Slim Fast Strawberries 'N' Cream Shake from +Influenster  and +Slimfast . I also received a martini glass and several recipes as part of my #SlimFastSexySummer vox box. I was very excited to try this out b/c I haven't tasted a Slimfast since the early 90's when I was a child and tasted my mothers lol. To my surprise, it was very yummy and tasted more like a thicker version of strawberry milk than it did a diet shake. I took a few sips by itself first and then decided to make one of the "mocktails" with it from the recipe cards I received in my kit. I decided to make the Strawberry Colada b/c I happened to have all the ingredients on hand. Well, it turned out really, really good. I really enjoyed that I could have something sweet and satisfying and still only have between 130-190 calories to worry about. I did decide to make my "mocktail" into a cocktail and added my favorite gin to the mixture, Tanqueray. Overall, I was very pleased with the product and really feel like slim fast has improved on the taste and texture of their products. This shake was both good tasting and didn't have all the grittiness that many diet shakes have.
